Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will visit Canada on 10-16 February. The visit will include scheduled meetings with Minister of Foreign Affairs Lawrence Cannon and Minister of National Defence Peter MacKay.
Topics for discussion include arctic issues, current international issues such as Afghanistan, Haiti and Russia, bilateral relations between Finland and Canada, and EU relations.
From Ottawa, Minister Stubb will travel to Vancouver to attend the Olympic Games with the delegation of Finnish Ski Association. The Minister chairs the advisory board for 2015 world ski championships candidacy.
